WavesLAB provides technical design consultancy services to design and develop GaAs and GaN MMICs and microwave/mmWave modules. We have designed custom HMIC and MMICs at frequencies from baseband to 100GHz. Our services range from feasibility studies to the design and development of microwave ICs, components, and sub-systems, as well as test and measurement and training.
