Marta Virgós Sánchez, graduated in Pedagogy (2014) and PhD in Pedagogy (2021) from the University of Oviedo. Her teaching activity is framed in the Area of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the University of Oviedo. The main lines of research focus on the evaluation of training processes, career development orientation and analysis of Dual Vocational Education and Training, taking as a reference unit the company as a training institution. In this line, she is currently focusing her research on the role assumed by company tutors in order to provide them with pedagogical tools that contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning processes and, therefore, to the quality of vocational training, specifically in its dual modality.
