Ingrid Noguera Fructuoso, Lecturer at the Department of Theories of Education and Social Pedagogy (UAB). PhD in Educational Multimedia (UB, 2011), Postgraduate in University Teaching (UB, 2011) and degree in Pedagogy (UB, 2006). She has been a professor at the University of Barcelona and a teacher, researcher and instructional designer at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. His teaching is in the fields of educational communication, educational research and lifelong learning. Her lines of research focus on theories of education in the digital society, technology-enhanced teaching and learning, innovative teaching methodologies, and the professional development of university faculty. He is currently researching, in the framework of funded projects, on the inverted classroom, peer observation in teacher professional development and vocational training. He has participated in several nationally and internationally funded projects and regularly publishes in impact journals and prestigious publishers. It has about fifty articles in magazines and conference proceedings. She has been a predoctoral researcher at the Open University of the Netherlands (2009) and a postdoctoral researcher at the Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (2013) and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (2016-2018).
