We would like to inform you that applications are now open for the
2013 Quantum Information Computing and Control (QuICC) summer school
and it would be great if you could circulate the information to your
students in your department. Please find the poster attached. The
summer school is organized by the MRes students in the Controlled
Quantum Dynamics doctoral training centre (www.cqddtc.com).
The 2013 QuICC summer school will be held in Imperial College London.
It will not only be a great opportunity to learn about the current
research in the field of quantum information and cold matter but a fun
experience and great chance to meet students from across the UK as
well as the rest of the world interested in these subjects. With
exciting speakers from the forefront of their fields and a great
location inside the college campus in the heart of London it is
expected to be a huge success.
Places for UK based students are fully subsidised by EPSRC. For non-UK
based students there is a cost of around £100, which includes on
campus accommodation and meals for the entire duration.
