Bell and Leggett-Garg inequalities, which bound combinations of correlation functions under classical assumptions, are famously violated by quantum systems. I will introduce spatio-temporal extensions of these inequalities and use them to probe the non-relativistic quantum dynamics of spin chains. The key result is that their violations reveal the finite speed for information spreading, constrained by the Lieb-Robinson bound. In specific regimes, these violations also serve as tests on nonlocality and macrorealism in many-body quantum systems.
