The network ‘Learning at the Intersection of Language and the Arts’ (
LILA
) is an international research network supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), which brings together a variety of academic and non-academic participants to consider the relationship between language and the creative arts (visual arts, drama and performance, dance, music, poetry, film, and more) for learning.
Coordinated by Emilee Moore (GREIP); Lou Harvey (U. of Leeds) and Cristina Aliagas (UAB), the network held its 4th seminar in collaboration with the Museu de Lleida. Under the umbrella concept of ‘belonging’, the seminar included several artists and academics to explore issues of transnational trajectories, identities, integration, participation and diversity at the intersections of arts and other disciplines.
GREIP’s insight
Estem molt il·lusionats amb aquestes oportunitats transdisciplinàries.
