GREIP members Emilee Moore and Claudia Vallejo presented a communication entitled ‘TRANSLANGUAGING IN AND AROUND AN OUT-OF-SCHOOL READING PROGRAM’ at the Second International Conference on the Sociolinguistics of Immigration “SLIMIG2016′, held in Rapallo, Italy, in September 22-23, 2016. The conference was a great opportunity to meet with researchers from around the world and reflect on the emergent social, cultural, linguistic and communicative scenarios of the XXI century.
