Melinda Dooly, with PhD candidate Saliha Özcan, presented preliminary results from the telecollaborative project ‘How to Make a Difference’. The exchange was part of the larger research project Knowledge for Network-based Education, Cognition & Teaching (KONECT – EDU2013-43932-P). The project aims to find ways to help improve primary and middle-school students’ communicative and academic skills in order to better ensure their responsible participation in today’s knowledge society.
