Dolors Masats and Marta Juanhuix, along with PhD candidate Javier Albines, have published a chapter entitled “‘The more I cook, the more I learn’: Tracing Ava’s Learning Itinerary through her Participation in Four Cooking Sessions, ” in a book edited by Dr. Paul Seedhouse. The book explores a real-world digital environment (a digitalized kitchen) and how the sensory artefacts can support language learning through a task-based approach.
