Melinda Dooly engaged with a very lively audience of teachers and students of teacher education in Social Sciences during the final conference of the project “Embedding a Democratic Culture Dimension in Teacher Education Programmes” (EDCD-TEP) aims is to design a Framework to embed the competences for democratic culture in primary teacher education programmes. Invited by fellow colleagues from the department of Teaching of Language, Literature and Social Science (UAB), Melinda underscored the benefits of interdisciplinary work in project-based teaching, along with the potential barriers that interdisciplinary communication can hold.
