El dilluns 14 de desembre, el grup GREIP va convocar una sessió de formació organitzada per als estudiants de doctorat del nostre grup de recerca. Es tractava d’un nou format en el qual les pròpies estudiants analitzen en detall i presenten una anàlisi crítica d’un text d’una de les seves companyes (bé el projecte de tesi o un article sobre una part de la recerca). Posteriorment, l’autora va tenir opportunitat a respondre als comentaris, fer preguntes sobre el seu treball en procés i rebre els comentaris dels assistents.
GREIP’s insight
It is our firm belief that one of our principal work strands must be providing support and learning experiences for PhD students supervised by members of GREIP. This session has been especially productive as the doctoral candidates themselves took the lead on reading and critiquing each other’s work in progress. Both highly experienced researchers and initiates gained insights from this session.
