On May 10th, researchers from the HPC4EAS group participated in the 1st Conference on Teaching Innovation, Quality, and Research at the Escuelas Universitarias Gimbernat.
Dr. Francisco Epelde opened the conference with an inspiring keynote entitled «When Sciences Meet: Engineering and Health for a Shared Future,» which was very well received by the audience.
Likewise, Mercè Planas presented her research on Optimizing the Management of a Hospital Emergency Department through a Digital Twin, which sparked considerable interest among the participants.
