Many of our research projects are collaborations with other researchers at UAB or with leading research groups in other Universities and institutions as well as with industrial and commercial companies.

Our research attracts funding from the major Spain Research Councils and the European Commission and other sponsors world-wide. This provides an internationally competitive infrastructure of equipment and maintaining a large body predoctoral & postdoctoral research staff many of whom move on to others university lectureships or research-oriented posts in industry.
