The SCC2024 – Chilean Computing Conference is the most significant scientific event in Chile in Computer Science and Informatics. This annual event brings together renowned researchers and professionals to present and discuss the latest advancements in the discipline.

This year, researcher Felipe Tirado, a member of the HPC4EAS group, participated with his work titled: «Characterization Model for Irregular MPI Applications Based on PAS2P.» This work, developed in collaboration with Álvaro Wong, Dolores Rexachs, and Emilio Luque, offers an innovative approach to characterizing irregular MPI applications.

This event provided an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and establish connections within the scientific community, contributing to the advancement of research in high-performance computing.
