As part of our commitment to strengthening international academic collaboration, our colleague Alvaro Wong is currently carrying out a research stay at the Universidad de Sonora (UNISON) in Hermosillo, Mexico.
This initiative is part of a joint effort between the HPC4EAS (High Performance Computing for Efficient Applications and Simulation) Research Group, based in the Department of Computer Architecture and Operating Systems (CAOS) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and the research group at UNISON.
The purpose of this collaboration is to build long-term scientific ties and to develop a doctoral research proposal, focusing on the modeling and simulation of complex systems in the context of healthcare and high-performance computing.
