The opening of the meeting, held on November 24, 2017 at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, was in charge of the Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology, Heriberto Cairo and the coordinators of the Monograph Laura Oso (UDC) and Almudena Cortes ( UCM).
