Registration is compulsory for all speakers and attendees. Please notice that all speakers must pay the registration fee.

Co-authors who are not attending do not need to pay the registration fee. Their names will be included as co-authors in the document sent to the presenter (proof of presentation), but no specific certificates will be issued for co-authors.

Very important: Please, include your name and FUN4ALL2027 in your payment reference.

  • If you want to register and you need an invoice, please use this form. This registration form will close on the 4th of January and requires the submission of personal data.

  • Standard fee without dinner after 20/11/26: 180 Euro
  • Early bird standard with dinner, until 20th November: 177 Euro

  • Early bird alumni UAB, ATRAE, ATAV members, until 20/11/26: 120 Euro
  • Standard fee alumni UAB, ATRAE, ATAV members, after 20/11: 150 Euro

  • Students and lecturers from FTI, UAB without dinner: free, subject to availability
  • Students and lecturers from the FTI, UAB with dinner: 27 Euro

  • Standard fee other students & unemployed concession, no dinner, after 20/11: 130 Euro

  • Standard one-day fee, without dinner, after 20/11: 105 Euro
  • Standard one-day fee with dinner, (Thursday only), after 30/11: 132 Euro

Conference fee includes access to the conference, conference materials, and coffee breaks. Lunch is not provided, but there are several restaurants on campus. 

Limited places for the dinner are available, so book early to avoid disappointment.

It will be held at Les quinze nits, in Barcelona.

Conference fees are non-refundable. If you are applying for a discount, please enclose proof confirming that you are elegible.
