Registration

  • If you would like to register and you do not require an invoice or receipt, please use the following form. Please note that you will not be able to claim an invoice or receipt after registration.
  • If you would like to register and require an invoice, please use the following form. This registration form will close 20 days before the conference.
  • If you are a participant exempt from payment, please use the following form.

  • Early bird standard without dinner, until 30th November: 150 Euro
  • Standard fee without dinner after 30th November: 180 Euro
  • Early bird standard with dinner, until 30th November: 175 Euro
  • Standard fee with dinner after 30th November: 205 Euro
  • Early bird alumni UAB, ATRAE, ATAV members, until 30/11/24: 120 Euro
  • Standard fee alumni UAB, ATRAE, ATAV members, until 30/11: 150 Euro

  • Early bird other students & unemployed, with dinner, until 30th November: 125 Euro
  • Standard fee other students & unemployed with dinner, until 30/11: 150 Euro
  • Early bird one-day fee, without dinner, until 30/11: 75 Euro
  • Early bird one-day fee, with dinner (Thursday only), until 30/11: 100 Euro
  • Standard one-day fee, without dinner, after 30/11: 105 Euro
  • Standard one-day fee with dinner, (Thursday only), after 30/11: 130 Euro

Conference fee includes access to the conference, conference materials, and coffee breaks. Lunch is not provided, but there are several restaurants on campus. 

Limited places for the dinner are available, so book early to avoid disappointment.

It will be held at Les quinze nits, in Barcelona.

Conference fees are non-refundable. If you are applying for a discount, please enclose proof confirming that you are elegible.
