Research

For around ten years she has carried out ethnographic fieldwork among the Ndowe of Equatorial Guinea (Central Africa). Her main lines of research are procreative rituality, notions of the body and the person; and currently they are particularly oriented in the field of symbolism and ritual, applying an ethnographic analysis methodology to the study of contemporary rituality, published on the ‘Ritual Inventory’ website of the Network of Interest in Ethnological Heritage (XIPE) of the UAB.
