ARSAD registration options
Registration will open in October.
The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks and a light lunch on the conference days. It also includes an informal dinner on 8 April (date to be confirmed).
Fees:
- Standard, early bird (before 27 November: 185 euros.
- Standard, as of 27 November: 250 euros.
- Reduced, early bird (before 27 November): 110 euros.
- Reduced, as of 27 November: 175 euros.
A reduced fee is available for students and members of associations and companies which have signed a cooperation agreement with TransMedia Catalonia research group.
Registration is compulsory for all speakers and attendees. A refund of the registration fee is not possible.
Co-authors who are not attending do not need to pay the registration fee. Their names will be included as co-authors in the document sent to the presenter (proof of presentation), but no specific certificates will be issued for co-authors.
Option 1 (recommended): without an invoice
If you want to register and you do not need an invoice or a receipt, please use this form (form to be linked in October). Please notice that you will not be able to claim an invoice or a receipt at a later stage.
Option 2: with an invoice
If you want to register and you need an invoice, please use this form (form to be linked in October). This registration form will close three weeks before the event and requires the submission of personal data.
Option 3: only for participants exempt from payment
Please notice that all speakers must pay the registration fee.
Students and researchers from the Faculty of Translation and Interpreter and from The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona are exempt from payment. Their registration does not include meals.
