Javiera Fanta Garrido

Psychologist graduated from Valparaíso University (Chile) and PhD student in Demography (Córdoba National University). Graduate from the Master’s program in International Migration Policies (University of Buenos Aires) and from the postgraduate program in Human Rights, Migration and Asylum (National University of Lanún). Experience in project management with immigrant population within the field of civil partnership. Current PhD researcher from the National Research Council (CONICET) at Gino Germani Institute, investigating reproductive inequalities among immigrants from neighbouring countries in Argentina. Other research topics are: health and interculturality, adolescent fertility, and Sexual and Reproductive Rights.
