Andreu Lope
Andreu Lope Peña holds a degree from the Universidad de Barcelona in Geography and History (specialization Anthropology), a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona and a Doctorate in Sociology from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, Universidad Autònoma de Barcelona and researcher member of the Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work – QUIT within the Institute for Labour Studies- IET. He also coordinates the Work Area of the Sociology Department. His main interests of research and related publications focus on: Work organization, Technological innovation and qualifications, Employment policies, Labour trajectories, Employment policies and social cohesion at local level, Management of human resources and training in the company, Employment and poverty, and Training for employment.
