Cecilia Pérez Díaz

Social Worker (1989) and Master of Social Work and Social Policy (2013) from the University of Concepción. Specialized studies of Local and Regional Development in France (Michelle Montaigne University – Bourdeaux III, 1991) and Public Management in the US (INDES-IDB, 1999).

Currently Director of Institutional Relations – U. de Concepción; and Assistant Professor of Social Work Department, Faculty of Social Sciences. She has worked as Consultant to UNICEF and she has experience in in public administration in municipal, regional and national levels in social policies. It emphasizes her experience of Minister of State in the ministries of Planning and Women’s Affairs 2002-2006.
