In terms of qualifications, Maria Chiara Di Cesare has a PG Certificate in Higher Education at Middlesex University; a PhD of Demography at La Sapienza Università di Roma; and a BSc/MSc in Statistics, demography and social science also at La Sapienza Università di Roma (Laurea in Science Statistiche, Demografiche e Sociali, vecchio ordinamento).
