Marlène Coulomb

M.Coulomb Gully, professor of communication sciences at the University of Toulouse 2 Jean Jaures (Art & Com department), investigates gender relations, the media and politics. Participates and coordinates for France several international surveys on the importance of women in international media (Global Media Monitoring Project – GMMP-whomakesthenews.org; writes reports for the European Institute for Gender Equality – EIGE- https: // eige. europa.eu, etc.) and works as an expert for several newspapers.

In 2013, she was appointed by the Prime Minister as a member of the Haut Conseil à l’Egalité between les Femmes et les Hommes (HCEfh) as “qualified personality for her investigations, her reports or her expertise”.
