Verónica Aravena Vega
Psychologist, Master in Social Psychology with a Mention of Development of Healthy Organizations, from the University of Talca, Chile, Master in Management of Human Resources and Organizations, Miguel Hernández University, Elche, Spain. PhD candidate of the interuniversity program Studies of Gender, Culture, Societies and Politics of the University of Barcelona, member of the Copolis Interuniversity Group “Welfare, Community and Social Control”. His main line of research is related to work-family reconciliation policies, co-responsibility and care, participating in projects and research in this line at the University of Talca, Chile. In the professional field, it has been developed in public and private organizations mainly in the area of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Equality.
