Gabriela Rubilar
Gabriela Rubilar is a researcher and specialist in public policies and social programs aimed at overcoming poverty and social exclusion. Her research interests are social exclusion; social policies aimed at vulnerable groups; research work of social workers; and qualitative research (http://ciir.cl/persona/gabriela-rubilar/). She is currently coordinator of the Nucleus Social Policies and Public Policies, oriented to the debate about social policies in Chile and Latin America, with emphasis on comparative analysis of income transfer systems, sectorial policies on education, housing, health and the environment. She is a researcher of the line of public policy of the Center for Indigenous Studies and Intercultural CIIR, project associated with the Catholic University.
