Doctor in Psychology in the UAB (2003) with the dissertation “Systematization of the process of data cleaning in studies with follow-ups” and graduated in Design and Statistics in Health Sciences (2000). Professor in the UAB at the Unit of Methodology in Health Sciences from 2000 -and in the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, UOC, from 2006- at present he is Associated Professor with the profile data analysis. He has supervised eight PhD theses, ten minor theses and seven Master theses. Albert has published five books as author and ten chapters as co-author. Regarding his research, he has published about 40 scientific papers, all in indexed journals and mainly in the first or second quartile. He is director of the Department of Psychobiology and Methodology of Health Sciences since 2023.
