TXICC members provide linguistic advice to institutions and language professionals, such as editors, translators, proof-readers, journalists, etc. on issues concerning the Chinese language and the Chinese community living in Catalonia. The institutions with which TXICC has cooperated include, among others, TERMCAT (the Catalan Centre for Terminology), the Catalan Studies Institute (IEC) and the General Directorate for Language Policy of the Catalan Autonomous Government (Generalitat de Catalunya). Moreover, they promote knowledge transfer in different formats, such as exhibitions, interviews, blogs, and so on.
