Berta has a degree in Education (2010) and a Reseach Master in Applied Sociology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2013). She has professional experience as a leisure time instructor and trainer for free-time instructors; adult education; intercultural education and development cooperation. From 2012 to 2014 she was the project manager of the European Policy Netword SIRIUS on education of children and young people with a migrant background. Currently she works as an educational consultant on different community projects in Europe and Catalonia.
As a researcher, she has been participating in projects on evaluation of transfer, training, workplace training (FCT), dual training, training for innovation and participation of local communities in the South in the context of development cooperation projects.
