Miss Sadaf Saeed is pursuing her PhD in education at the UAB, Barcelona, Spain. Miss Saeed has recently completed her Master of Philosophy in Education, focusing on educational leadership and management, from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan. Miss Saeed is conducting her doctoral research on leadership styles. In particular, she is completing a comparative empirical study entitled: “The Effect of Supportive Leadership Style on the Job Performance and Work Motivation of the Secondary School Teachers in Pakistan and Spain: A quantitative study.” Before starting her doctoral studies, Miss Saeed worked in the educational sector for about seven years. She has created learning experiences and materials to deliver a set curriculum and support students’ mental, physical, intellectual, and social development during her teaching career. Miss Sadaf Saeed often leads extracurricular activities such as coaching sports teams or excursions.
