The Organizational Development Team is a network of networks that acts as a “cluster” of knowledge linking topics and lines of work related to the development of organizations and with the aim of intervening in training processes. The structure is conceived and formed from different nodes that act as research groups of the same University and also of other Universities. The assignment to one or another group is not permanent and may change according to the different research activities that are carried out at any given time; otherwise, the group coordinator usually remains the same.

The EDO, as a basic structure, facilitates the interrelationship between groups, creating synergies of both ideas and resources and promoting commitments to the needs of people, groups, institutions and society. It is also a dynamic structure that adapts to the new social, academic and personal demands that occur in an environment marked by dynamism and constant change, and that is linked to more than 200 institutions through the EDO Network.
