Training organizations are structures that acquire meaning when they are linked to the needs of people and society. In this line, from the perspectives of evaluation, research and innovation, it is deepened, both in the ways in which its operation is ordered and in the mechanisms that enable its development and permanent improvement as organization It is about achieving more effective and efficient institutions in safe, healthy, sustainable environments and in accordance with the values that the SDGs set out as a desirable scenario.
