Primary education teacher, B.A. in Philosophy and Literature in Pedagogical Section, specialized in Organization and Management of Centres and Ph.D in Education. She has been an primary school teacher, tenured professor in university, Catalonian Parliament Member and General Director of Institutional Relations of Generalitat of Catalonia. She currently is a emeritus professor in Department of Applied Pedagogy in Automatic University of Barcelona. Her main research interests emphasize on studies in educational system and Laïcité, and Libraries in non-university teaching.
