B.A. in Philosophy and Literature in Department of Pedagogy and Master in Educational Investigation from UAB.Marita has been an associate Professor in UAB for over 20 years, and she is also a member of various research groups in the university. As an expert in educational management and leadership, she has been in charge of the management of an educational institution for more than 30 years. She has coordinated and taught in courses for directors in educational centres, and has published a wide range of articles about the the function of leadership and in other themes relevant with educational organization and management. She is a member of European Forum of Educational Administration and board of reduction of the Forum Journal in educational management.
