
Degree in Sociology and Political Science and in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Granada. PhD in Sociology from the University of Seville with Cum Laudem qualification and International Doctorate mention. She has worked at the University of Seville for 8 years and currently works as Assistant Professor at the Pablo de Olavide University.
She has published on intrinsic quality of work, with the construction of composite indexes for its measurement, as well as on the emotional management of work and its link with satisfaction and well-being. Currently, her lines of research are framed within the analysis of the quality of work and the division of labour with a gender perspective; the distribution of time and domestic work as a form of social stratification by gender; and the analysis of the sexual division of productive and reproductive work.
