Stage 1: Innovative design (year 1). It is intended for an evaluation of previous research and the subsequent design of innovative integrative concepts in the 6 lines of research considered in the context of the AMOSIT theoretical-methodological model and developed by the 6 Thematic Research Groups (TRG). During the first year, the INCASI Living Lab will also be designed for the second work package. Training courses will also be designed and organised to start in the middle of the first year. The dissemination and communication work package will also be designed in this first year and will start to be implemented together with the publication plan.
Stage 2: Construction (years 2 and 3). This involves constructing the innovative integrative concepts and operationalising them in the 6 lines of research. In this central stage of the project, the different elements of the Living Lab will be configured and constructed. In parallel, training activities will be developed, as well as communication and dissemination activities, including publications.

Stage 3: Integration (year 4).This stage involves the final research objective aimed at the integration and validation of the multidimensional synthetic measures of the DYSIC index applied in the European and Latin American and Caribbean countries of the project. This final stage includes the planning of the future work of the network, the publication of all materials related to the inequality reports, the interactive map of inequalities, as well as the public policy recommendations involved in the Living Lab INCASI, the final training courses, the final communication and dissemination activities of the project, and publications, including a final book of the project.
Work Package 5 is dedicated to the management of the project, i.e. the organisation and coordination throughout the INCASI2 project to ensure the achievement of its objectives.
During the development of the project 9 meetings will be organised: the kick-off meeting, 3 meetings of the sectoral research teams, together with the joint meeting of the last stage, and 4 global meetings: the first three, mainly with the members of the network, the latter will adopt the format of a forum with the participation of different agents interested in the thematic.
