In order to guarantee efficient management of the project in accordance with the activities programmed in the Work Packages, the structure of the organisation and economic management is designed with two dynamics:
One centralised from the coordinating university (the Institute of Labour Studies of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, which assumes the leadership of the project and ensures the homogeneity of the network’s activity, through the actions of the Main Coordinator and the Task Manager, together with the sub-coordination of the Department of Sociology of the Pablo de Olavide University.
Another participative and deliberative peer-to-peer network based on the Academic Commission, as the highest body responsible for the direction and management of the scientific development of the INCASI2 Project, and the Thematic Research Groups (TRG), subgroups of the general project specifically dedicated to research in each of the 6 thematic axes.
