
Degree in Psychology, Professor of Psychology and PhD in Latin American Social Studies from the National University of Cordoba.
At the same university, at the undergraduate level, she is Professor of the Chair of Work Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology since 2001 and at the postgraduate level, she is Director of the Specialisation in Work and Organisational Psychology since 2009.
In terms of research activities, she coordinates the Centre for Research and Innovation in Organisational and Work Psychology (NIIOT) and directs the TAS Group (Work, Activity and Subjectivity) also at the National University of Córdoba.
She is a Research Associate at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, in the Psychosociology of Work and Training Team (CNAM-CRTD). She has also been providing technical assistance and consultancy services to workers in private, public and third sector organisations since 1990.

His research addresses the quality of contemporary work; more particularly the transformations in the organisation of work and their impact on subjectivity, collective dynamics and professional trajectories.
Anchored in the clinic of work, the studies seek to understand the mutations of classical work, to question its consequences, to analyse the emergence of new forms of activity (hybrid, delocalised, mediatised, etc.) and occupations, taking into account the perspective of the workers.
