Social Worker and University Lecturer with more than a decade of experience in the management of higher education programmes and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. He holds a PhD in Sociology and two Master’s degrees; one in Teaching for Higher Education and the other in Social Work and Social Policies, as well as a series of diploma and continuing education courses.
He has held teaching roles at the University of Concepción and other Chilean universities. He has participated in social intervention and research projects in areas such as social mobility, disability and education (management and research).
His lines of research explore issues of education, inequality and social mobility, the experiences of people in situations of social vulnerability, among others.
He is currently the Task Manager of INCASI2.
