She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), as well as a master’s degree in Human Rights, Interculturality, and Development from Pablo de Olavide University. Both her academic and research careers have focused on the study of international migration, social inequalities, and mobility processes, with a special interest in migrant youth and, in particular, migration processes between Morocco and Spain. She has published several academic articles and has participated in national and international conferences, seminars, and academic activities related to migration, social inequalities, migrant children, and digital communication.
She is the president and founder of LuzAzuL NGO, an organization through which she develops initiatives related to the protection and well-being of vulnerable groups, as well as awareness-raising and social engagement efforts. This experience complements her research career and reinforces her interest in connecting academic research with social intervention and the transformation of inequalities.
