Pedro attended the 10th European Workshop of Lipid Mediators in Paris where he was able to present his work “In Silico Investigation of Human ALOX12 Allosteric Regulation: Competitive Catalytic Pathways of 14S-HpDHA” with which he won the best poster award.

Álex Pérez Sánchez was able to present his poster, entitled “Illuminating the Dark Side of COX-2: Insights from Computational Simulations and Fluorescent Probes in Cancer Research”, at the EuChemS CompChem 2023 Greece

Pedro Martínez has presented his Bachelor’s Degree Final Project entitled: «Exploring 14S-HpDHA binding modes and its negative allosteric modulation in hALOX12-catalyzed MaR1 biosynthesis».

The member of the group, Josep M. Lluch, was able to attend as a plenary guest at the 1st RQTC organized by the Catalan Society of Chemistry.

In his talk, he had the opportunity to share our research in the field of computational modeling in order to understand and benefit from inflammatory processes.

Alejandro Cruz Sáez presents his doctoral thesis entitled: “Biomolecular simulations of some relevant enzymes in inflammatory processes: 15-LOX, 5-LOX and COX-2. Application to the study of mechanisms and the design of inhibitors».

Miquel Canyelles was able to present a poster entitled «Study of the conversion of leukotriene A4 to leukotriene B4 driven by leukotriene A4 hydrolase» which earned him the award as the best poster of the workshop.

The member of the group, Àngels González Lafont, was able to attend ESPA2022 as a guest, where she was able to present part of the results of our research.

In addition, our colleague Alejandro Cruz Sáez had the opportunity to present his results in the form of a poster.
