Valor en Jocs: materiales didácticos forma de la línea de actividad iniciada en el campo de la educación olímpica en 2006 con el Comité Olímpico Internacional, el CEO-UAB promueve un proyecto para crear contenidos educativos sobre valores deportivos que se aplicarán en el contexto educativo catalán, en colaboración con el Consejo Catalán del Deporte.
Led by Dr. Maria Prat and supported by a multidisciplinary team of experts from several Catalan universities, the project seeks to promote innovative initiatives through the design of educational materials for schools in Catalonia. As a result of this collaboration, the team is developing a website offering interdisciplinary educational activities and proposals, with a design adapted to primary and secondary education students.

Commissioned by the International Olympic Committee, the CEO‑UAB carried out a research project during the periods 2006–2008 and 2011–2012 to support the creation of a database on Olympic education, the third pillar of the Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP). As a result of the project, the CEO‑UAB provided the IOC with information on Olympic Movement organizations working in the field of Olympic education, an analysis of 300 educational activities, and a report on the historical evolution of educational programmes promoted by the organizing committees of the Olympic Games.
Subsequently, in 2015, the CEO‑UAB completed the Catalan edition of the Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP) manual developed by the IOC, following an agreement with IOC officials to publish the manual in Catalan in order to facilitate access for teachers in schools across Catalonia and to promote Olympic values and sport among students aged 8 to 18. The translation of the contents was carried out through the internship programme of students from the UAB Faculty of Translation, with the support of the Catalan Sports Council.

El proyecto Valors en Joc es una propuesta educativa que promueve la reflexión y el espíritu crítico sobre los valores y la práctica de actividades físicas y deportivas que profundiza en temáticas de interés social que a menudo no se abordan desde el currículo formal. It offers teachers educational proposals and teaching materials for boys and girls aged 10 to 16.
