Degree in business administration from the Paraguayan-Japanese University “Nihon Gakko”. Recognition for the leadership program of the United Nations (UN), United States – New York – 2016. Official master’s degree in research in education, specializing in the development and management of organizations for change at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has experience in the organizational field and cultural management, due to his performance in the culture department of the Municipality of Villa Elisa-Paraguay. Currently, he is a scholarship holder of the Becal program (Carlos Antonio López scholarships) of the Republic of Paraguay. His doctoral research is focused on “The music conservatories of Paraguay, an organizational proposal for its management”.
