Degree in Psychology from the UB. Master’s degree in normal and pathological evolution (UB), Master’s degree in work-oriented psychotherapy in the public mental health network (UB), Master’s degree in HR Management in organizations (UPF). Psychotherapist (FEAP), training as a psychologist-coach (COPC).
During most of her professional career, she has worked as a psychologist in the public healthcare field. She currently designs and develops knowledge management projects at the Consorci Mar Parc de Salut. Her thesis research focuses on the study of the relationship between learning culture and positive psychological states in health professionals.
