Teacher and educationalist, with a doctorate in education sciences from the UAB. She is a professor in the area of didactics and school organization in the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Autonomous University of Barcelona). A member of the Organizational Development Group (EDO), she collaborates in a variety of research and projects that aim to improve and develop organizations. Among her published texts, it is worth highlighting La cultura de la colaboración. Reto para una enseñanza de calidad [The Culture of Collaboration: A Challenge for Quality Teaching].
