Economist, with Master’s studies in Direction and Management of Educational Centers from the University of Deusto and the Autonomous University of Barcelona and complementary studies in leadership and sustainable development, pedagogy and research management.
She has experience in areas of internationalization of higher education, research management, and research ethics. She is currently working at the Universidad Javeriana de Colombia in the program for strengthening capacities and internationalization of research of the Vice-Rector’s Office for Research.
Her research focuses on the management of intellectual capital for innovation in Colombian institutions of higher education.
