Graduated in Musical Performance, specializing in clarinet, from the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid, graduated in Pedagogy from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and specialized in Management of Centers for Educational Innovation from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). She is completing her PhD at the UAB, in the Department of Applied Pedagogy, investigating how Organizational Culture influences the development of innovations in higher music conservatories nationwide. Currently, she works at Yamaha Music Europe in the Institutional Relations and Communication area of the Band and Orchestra Department.
Thesis title: Organizational Culture and Educational Change in the higher music conservatories of Spain: the case of l’Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya.
