Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Literature and PhD in Pedagogy, UAB. She teaches in the Applied Pedagogy Department in UAB since 1995. She is specialized in training for groups and work teams in its constitution and management in educational contexts. She researches about group dinamics and enterprise organizations, public administrations, in different levels of the educational system and university, focusing on leadership, knowledge management, and gender. She has published the results of her main resarch in books from well-known editors and in national and international scientific journals with impact.
