PhD in Education and Society (UB), Master in Direction and Management of Educational Centers (UB), Master in Planning and Evaluation of skills and learning (Central University of Chile), Teacher in Early Childhood Education (UB), Preschool and Early School Teacher (Universidad de Chile), Bachelor of Education (Universidad de Chile). She is currently a postdoctoral researcher (Juan de la Cierva 2021). Her lines of work focus on teacher training and higher education, pedagogical innovation and distributed leadership in schools.
