
Màrius Domínguez
Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Barcelona and member of the Copolis Interuniversity Group ‘Well-being, Community and Social Control’, attached to the University of Barcelona (GRC). His lines of work and specialisation are: Social indicators systems; Social research techniques; Multivariate data analysis; Analysis of social inequalities; Time, work, daily life and welfare. In all of them, he has carried out various research projects and has published books and scientific and academic articles. He has participated in several competitive R&D projects and in research agreements with public administrations. He is also Coordinator of the Master in Applied Social Research Techniques (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Universitat de Barcelona and the Col-legi oficial de Sociòlegs i Politòlegs de Catalunya). He is currently Vice-Rector for Lifelong Learning and Professional Training at the University of Barcelona and participates in various associations in the field of sociology, and is currently President of the Spanish Federation of Sociology (FES).
